Physical description note:

The document is written in black ink on parchment. It also has a rust coloured ribbon located at the bottom center.

Note on the state of conservation:

The document has two holes and two stains, a quarter and three quarters down the sheet, centrally located. There are also yellow stains or discolourations which covers most of the document.
