The series contains manuscripts of speeches, unpublished and published texts, articles, reviews, addresses, texts for presentations, seminars and conferences produced by Lewis Perinbam during his career. The documents are related to WUS, the Canadian Council for International Cooperation/CIDA, UNESCO, World Bank, Youth, Embracing Change, Task Force for Visible Minorities and others. There are also handwritten notes and drafts of speeches and reference material used to write the texts. The series includes his book entitled North & South, his participation in the publication of One World, One Future, an article in the magazine Saturday Night, several book reviews and comments related to Lewis Perinbam's publications. The series contains correspondence with writers, publishers and his staff. It also contains photographs and three sound recordings.

Arrangement note:

The files are chronologically arranged except those in volumes 9 and 10 because the speeches had been put in chronological order in binders. This physical arrangement was retained.
