Series consists of periodicals and publications, newsletters, chapter briefs, membership lists, membership cards, interoffice correspondence and motion picture films relating to various associations and organizations in Canada with which Roy Tash was involved including the Canadian Society of Cinematographers (CSC), Canadian Picture Pioneers (CPP) and Associated Screen News of Canada (ASN), as well as other associations and organizations. Also included are periodicals and publications collected by Tash. Of note is a gold-covered spiral bound book entitled The History of Objects, By-Laws and Roster of the Canadian Picture Pioneers (CPP), founded in 1940 for individuals working in the Canadian motion picture industry, and a metal membership card belonging to Tash for his membership in the CPP, received circa 1942-1945.
