The first being on lawyers volunteering their time to help the homeless and less fortunate during the holiday season and contains interviews with John McMillan, lawyer and photographer, "Legal Exposure" photo exhibit; Avery Teplitsky, coordinator, Lawyers Feed the Hungry Program; Blair Walker, lawyer and volunteer; Yukimi Henry, staff lawyer, Outreach Legal Services; Jeannie Loughrey, priest/acting director, All Saints Church, Toronto; Anita Barnes, community legal worker, Outreach Legal Services; and Ion Radu, client, Outreach Legal Services. The second story focuses on drinking and driving and the social culpability of hosts who serve alcohol, with special attention given to Zoe Childs story, who was rendered a paraplegic following an accident with a drunk driver. The piece contains interviews with Shelley Timms, alcohol liability expert, Timshel Services; Bob Solomon, director of legal policy, M.A.D.D. Canada; Alan Gold, criminal defense lawyer; and Barry Laushway, lawyer for Zoe Childs. <27mn 30s>
