There is some ruffling of papers and other background noise as Crump searches for documents in his office and refers to them in the interview.~4. The interview continues approximately five minutes into side 2 and ends approximately part way through side 2.~5. Duration is approximate.~6. Cassette label and contents do not indicate the production responsibility.~7. The name Bob Gibbens also appears on the cassette label (he may be the interviewer). Another voice is on the tape briefly (possibly a person named Graham).
