Marked "For Text only in Alain Leduc's handwriting and one for UR and UL inscription blocks of 4 marked also by Alain "For Design and Cancellation Only". Stamp approval form signed by TMR, DN (Dan McNutt) and Alain Leduc 2004/12/01 and Jim Phillips (Director Stamp Products) Micheline Montreuil (General Manager) and Alain Guilbert Dec 2/04. Comment by Jim Phillips " * Good job Alain-Where is the hidden copywrite date?" Staple holes at top edge. No.2005.14.96.a to c.
