General note:

This accession consists of records created and maintained by the National Defence Headquarters Planning Group, which was tasked with the planning for the new National Defence Headquarters facility to be constructed on LeBreton Flats in Ottawa. The facility was never built. The records consist of a variety of unarranged documents on the project, including briefs, estimates, committee documents, plans and photographs.

Custodial history:

Records were transferred from Planning Group to DHist, but they were never processed or catalogued.

Arrangement note:

Archival processing should consider linkage to creating organization, referencing DHH as agent of transfer.
