Serie consists of: drawings created during the 1920s by the firm Barott and Blackader for the residences of John Watson of McGregor St., and H.C. Flood of Simpson St.; 5 landscape drawings by landscape architect Robert G. Campbell of Mr. Flood's property; and a drawing which shows coat and hat rack details for the Finnish Lutheran Church Home.

Note on the state of conservation:

Architectural, technical - drawings: Items 1-2 are dirty, items 3-6 have water stains. Item 18 has edge tears and needs repair.

Custodial history:

Material was transferred 21 Dec. 1987 from the Manuscript Division, MG8-G62, St. Michael's Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Church, Montréal.
