An image of the Small flowered primrose is paired with the Spirea alba americana and placed on 26 verso of the album. The manuscript description of the illustrations is inscribed on 27 recto.

Folio 28 recto/verso: [this green sheet is missing, with only a torn-out stub remaining. The watercolours of the White pond lily and Yellow Pond lily are therefore also missing.]

Folio 29 recto: [white sheet, with fleur-de-lys watermark]

Inscribed, in ink, top: Nymphaea Adorata. White Pond Lily. / This beautiful Lily, of rich velvet Whiteness, and most grateful / perfume, grows in Lakes, in water from Two to Eight feet deep. / It is said to possess medicinal virtues for the curing of tumours.

Inscribed in ink, bottom: Nymphaea sagittata. Yellow Pond lily. / This curious variety, grows in Lakes, in water from one, to four feet / deep, which lies in a muddy bed.

Between 29 verso and 31 recto are 8 green stubs which have been cut; one white stub, which has been torn out, as well as a green stub, which was folio 30, which had two images mounted on it, also torn out. The watercolours of Ladies' slipper and Convallaria are therefore also missing.

Inscribed, in ink, top: Cypripedium humilé. Ladies' slipper. / This curious flower, grows amid turf, and heathy shrubs, its shape, / and fine tints, give it a shell aspect, while its texture is delicate / as the finest film.

Inscribed in ink, bottom: Convallaria bifolia. / These pretty berries, ripe and unripe, grow in woods, amid cotton / wood, or in coarse turf.

Folio 26 verso: Inscribed, in ink, l.r.: Oenothera parviflora. / Small flowered primrose.; Folio 27 recto: [white sheet, with fleur de lys watermark]; Inscribed, in ink, bottom: Oenothera parviflora, Small flowered Primrose. / The natural site of this flower, is on the Sea side, but it has spread into / the dry cultivated ground, and formed several varieties; this, being far less than those which grow on the Sea Shore.
