Interview with Lloyd Graham, staff sergeant and officer in charge of community services branch of Windsor Police. Subjects discussed include: his recollections of the Hollinsky accident; Kevin’s arrest and subsequent sentence; his image and beliefs as a police officer; his work with Kevin Hollinsky as a co-presenter in local high-schools on the topic of dangerous driving; the impact of Kevin’s presentations to high-school kids; the impact of Dale Thompson’s presentations on high-school kids and teachers, parents and students; his opinion of Dale Thompson and Cindy Camlis, parents of the two boys killed in the car driven by Kevin Hollinsky; the drop in dangerous driving related deaths following Kevin’s presentations; Kevin’s post-traumatic stress disorder; and the arguments for alternative sentencing. <45mn>

Interview with Lloyd begins approximately 10 minutes into Tape 172, Side A, and is preceded by an interview with Kevin Hollinsky. For interview with Hollinsky see ISN 382665.~3.
