This sub-series documents working relations between ridings and the Prime Minister's Office. Its records concern not only riding issues and relations with M.P.s, but relations with constituents or local leaders on issues of interest to the Prime Minister's Office. The sub-series also contains reports on the Liberal Party of Canada's annual general meetings, a list of riding fundraising activities, and Party membership lists. Lastly, we should note that some of the records date back to 1988 when John N. Turner was Liberal Party leader.

It consists mainly of index cards with information on each riding's profile, as well as data on past elections, candidate profiles, correspondence, press clippings, memos, news releases, invitations to events, special message requests, thank you letters, briefing notes and briefing books. These records are produced by Minister's offices, elected members of the House of Commons and the Ontario Legislative Assembly, and leaders of associations, businesses, churches or other organizations.
