Sculpture of Mario Bernardi, rendered in a humorous and caricature-like style, presented to him on 20 May 1993 as part of the commemorations marking the end of his term as music director of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra. The sculpture depicts Bernardi with an oversized head, conducting from a podium, surrounded by two cherubs arising from two strings of 1/8 and 1/4 notes. Accompanied by a curriculum vitae of the sculptor,Ted Sivell, on the letterhead of Franklin Silverstone Fine Arts Inc., Baie d'Urfé, Québec.
