This series includes transcripts, exhibits, public and final submissions, subpoenas and further documentation/correspondence from witnesses and intervenors, and lists of witnesses and parties given standing from the public hearings, which were held between February 1994 and December 1996. It also consists of similar documentation from the organizational hearings that set up the Commission, and of interviews and statements given privately to the Commission's investigation unit.
