Collection search - The Twin Engine Otter soared over the mountains and fjords of northern Baffin Island, near Bylot Island, and then the pilot flew low along the rugged coastline that rises steeply to the tundra plateau, as far as I could see. Nunavut covers 1.9 million square kilometres, one-fifth of all Canadian land, and is home to only 27,000 people, a population density of one person per 70 square kilometres.
