This sub-sub series includes working documents kept during the publication of four books in English signed by Pierre Elliott Trudeau.
1- Memoirs published in 1993 (volumes 1066-1070): Volume 1066 contains internal and external project correpondence. Volumes 1067 to 1070 contain drafts in chronological order. Some drafts has been corrected by Pierre Elliott Trudeau. Volume 1070 contains files concerning the launch of the book and the TV series.
2- The Canadian Way Shaping Canada's Foreign Policy 1968-1984, publshed in 1995. Volumes 1071-1072 contains goal s of the book and drafts.
3- Against the Current Selected writings 1939-1996 , published in 1996: volume 1073, files 1 to 8) 10 cm of drafts of texts translated in English by George Tombs.
4- The Essential Trudeau , publshed in 1998 volume 1073, files 9-15) , drafts of selected extracts of Pierre Elliott Trudeau sentences by Ron Graham.

The documents came from Mr. Avie Bennett owner of McClelland and Stewart from 1985 to June 2000. From 1993 to1997, McClelland and Stewart has published four books concerning Pierre Elliott Trudeau. Mr Bennet has kept correspondence, working files, drafts etc.. about these publications. He has transferred these documents to LAC in 2004 and LAC has acqyuired it in 2006. As these documents concern Pierre Elliott Trudeau, it has been add to the P. E. Trudeau Fonds.
