The photographic fonds consists of Superintendents and Foremen activities including Mill Manager Alton George Tafel who started up the International Paper Company / Compagnie internationale de papier (ICP/CIP) Gatineau Mill, Gatineau, 1927; two postcard photos showing the CIP "townsites" houses on Birch and Poplar streets (Gatineau) built by the Gatineau Mill, late 1920s, early 1930s; aerial photos of La Tuque CIP Mill taken of the Brown Corporation Mill complex showing the rapids below the Mill which were dammed by Shawinigan Water & Power around the time of WW II, La Tuque, 1929 and ca. 1950-1955, Quebec; civic photo taken at La Tuque City Hall prior to the CIP Company dinner for Quebec Premier Jean Lesage, the occasion celebrated the official Start-Up of no. 4 Paper Machine at the Company plant, May 17, 1961 (photo include René Lévesque, Quebec Minister of Natural Resources); visit of Governor General, George and Pauline Vanier to La Tuque Mill, August 29, 1962; Jean Chrétien, local MP, officiates at the opening of a shirt factory, LaTuque, October 20, 1965; photos of Princess Elizabeth and Prince Philip on their visit to Canada, 1951; photos taken at Stanstead College, a co-educational institution of learning on the Vermont border, pictures are showing the main building and the girl's residence and the boys Cadet Corp at the time of "Review", ca. 1957-1958. Photos taken by Canadian Airways Limited, Montreal, Que.; Gilles Berthiaume, La Tuque, Que.; Yousuf Karsh, Ottawa, Ont.
