The film starts with the INTER-TITLE : "This is the tale of three city fellows who, tired of Summer hotels and 'readymade' vacations, sought new adventures by holidaying on a 'dude ranch' in the Canadian Rockies." Shot of three men wearing suits riding on horse-back. They arrive at the Athabasca Ranch on the eastern border of Jasper National Park. Medium shot of the three men as they dismount and shake hands with the Ranch manager. INTER-TITLE : "You're just in time to see the boys bustin' a bunch of bronchos up in the corral."~Shot of the corral and men riding broncos. The three men change into cowboy attire to watch.INTER-TITLE : "The next morning, armed with angling kits, they hit the trail for certain mountain lakes and streams where they were assured the trout were thicker'n bees in a hive." ~The three city slickers head out on horseback and arrive at Rock Lake.Shot of the men awaking from their tents to the smells of fresh fish frying in a pan. Shots of the three men wading into a river casting and catching fish. Shot of a cameraman filming one of the anglers. Various shots of the anglers fishing from boats and along the shoreline casting and catching lake trout. At the end of the day the three men compare their catches~INTER-TITLE : "Homeward bound next day they came upon an encampment of Cree Indians."Shot of travelers on horseback entering an Indian camp.INTER-TITLE : "Friendly relations having been established, the White visitors were initiated into the mysteries of the 'Redman's Wriggle'. "Shot of the Cree Indians dancing, playing a traditional game and the three travelers posing with the Indians.
