The series comprises textual records and photographs of the National Work Group, the effective leadership team or executive of CNWE, showing its decision-making and direction. The series holds the minutes of the National Work Group (including minutes of conference calls), minutes of Annual General Meetings, annual reports, financial reports, revisions to the constitution and by-laws, membership lists, correspondence, and e-mail of members of the National Work Group, including Joyce Kennedy, Sister Marie Tremblay (coordinator in the early 1990s), Mary Young, Jo Young, Saundra Glynn, Pamela Roth, Marie Bouclin, and Veronica Dunne (coordinator in the early 2000s), among others.

The photographs include a snapshot of the first National Work Group, 1989, and photographs of Veronica Dunne's defence of her thesis, at the Toronto School of Theology, titled "On the Significance of Cyberspace for Feminist Ecclesial Communities".
