This sub-sub-series consists mainly of copies of correspondence and courtesy messages between the Prime Minister of Canada and the provincial Premiers. Letters on topics of particular interest to each province contain little information, insofar as they are letters of intent or letters merely informing Jean Chrétien of an intervention by a provincial Premier.
