Parallax Film Productions Inc : Parallax Film Productions Inc. is a Canadian production house founded by director/executive producer Ian Herring in 1997. Based in White Rock, British Columbia, the company specializes in the production of documentary films for the international market. Parallax has produced a number of prime-time specials and series on science, technology, wildlife and adventure for networks such as Discovery Channel - Canada, US and International; PBS - WNET and WGBH; National Geographic Television International; Channel 4 UK and International; Gédéon Programmes, France; LE Vision, Germany; Monica Carpi, Italy; Telepool, Germany; and TV Asahi, Japan. Parallax projects include: The Last Battle of Hampton Gray (2005); Sen Toku: The Search for Japan's Ghost Fleet (2004); Iceberg Cowboys (2004); Motorcycle Girl (2004); Beyond All Limits (2003); The Last Flight of Bomber 31 (2002); Skywalkers (2002); Firewalkers (2000); Blow Out (2000); Salvage Divers (2000); Walking with Giants: Grizzlies of Siberia (1998); and Champions of the Wild, Season 1 (1997).
