Description:

At fifteen Oliver Cates has created a computer which transports historical figures from any time period to the present day, but only for 36 hours. After their short visit they return to the exact moment they left without a trace of memory of their adventures in the present day. When ghostly incidents occur at school, Oliver brings back Sir Arthur Conan Doyle to help him look for a rational explanation. But when Oliver discovers that Doyle actually believes there may indeed be a spirit realm, Oliver begins to widen his narrow perspective to allow for greater possibilities - he may want to believe after all. This episode parodies an episode of X-FILES putting Oliver and Dee in the roles of Mulder and Scully respectively as they consider their relationships to the supernatural. <23mn>
