One of a group of original cartoon drawings executed for Laurentian Publishing Ltd. publications "Northern Life" and "Northern Ontario Business," ca. 1980-1987. Some were likely produced for the "Sudbury Star." Cartoon depicts councillor checking out height of restricted magazine shelf, and at the same time he checks out the magazines.
