One of a group of original cartoon drawings executed for Laurentian Publishing Ltd. publications "Northern Life" and "Northern Ontario Business," ca. 1980-1987. Some were likely produced for the "Sudbury Star." This cartoon depicts is the Peace Dove with a bandaged head, holding an olive branch in its beak. It sits on a broken and mended perch with the a tag labeled 'Middle East.'
