One of a group of original cartoon drawings executed for Laurentian Publishing Ltd. publications "Northern Life" and "Northern Ontario Business," ca. 1980-1987. Some were likely produced for the "Sudbury Star." This cartoon depicts a double pane. In the top John Public is depicted shoveling his way out from the house to the mail-box. In the bottom, he has reached the mail-box, and reads the notice / bill for $4,000,000 for snow removal.
