One of a group of original cartoon drawings executed for Laurentian Publishing Ltd. publications "Northern Life" and "Northern Ontario Business," ca. 1980-1987. Some were likely produced for the "Sudbury Star." This cartoon depicts Joe Public in a boat fishing, who is catching (thus on the hook for) a large fish labeled 'OGOKI LODGE $1.4 MILLION.' Joe Public is in a boat labeled 'Taxpayer.'
