Cindy creates a very tangible means of measuring her progress - she and her daughter move all of the clothes that don't fit into a spare room - then launches her program with a meeting with a “Kinetix Workouts” trainer. But Cindy feels she must explain herself to someone in the group - she reveals her history with eating disorders in a heart-wrenching scene with Tamara. Daryl shows us the support he has in every area of his life. His hanging-out time with best pal Greg (also a big guy) is peppered with hilarious observations about being big - neither of them can fit on the rides at the amusement park. We also see Daryl basking in the support of his church's youth group, as well as the exciting first meeting with his trainer, Gizmo Williams, a former Edmonton Eskimo. Lisa is getting started too, with a session at the acupuncturist to curb her appetites. Her work colleagues bet against her success at a happy hour drink session. Then it's more party-time at a family pig roast as Lisa drinks and eats to hilarious excess. <22mn>
