Collection search - A Bunt Mit A Statchke (play)

These photographs were later identified as dating from the Freiheit Gezang Farein's 13 March 1938 production of this play at the Strand Theatre, Toronto. However, they may in fact date from the Jewish Folk Choir's 26 April 1942 production at the Victory Theatre, Toronto. Markings on the reverse of the photographs attribute them to a concert of the Jewish Folk Choir (not the Freiheit Gezang Farein) at the Victory Theatre (with a correction later added indicating that it was the Strand).
