Au recto, en bas sur un fond foncé, sur les complets de MM. Walker et Trudeau, est imprimé en blanc en très grandes lettres "WALKER/TRUDEAU". Également au recto, à gauche est inscrit à la main "For our friend Gérard Pelletier, on a memorable occasion & Bonne chance et merci.", suivie des signatures de James Walker, Mona Walker, Tony Benedek, Gary [Lax?], Edith Land, [illisible], Jack [illisible], Stephen M.
