RG84M 934017: Klondike National Historic Sites loaned the original microfilm in Oct. 1993 to the National Archives to prepare a copy for reference. The original maps, plans and drawings are scheduled for transfer to Library and Archives Canada in 2009.
Arrangement note:
RG84M 934017: Accession was originally part of the Yukon Consolidated Gold Co. (YCGC) collection acquired by the National Archives in the 1972-1974 period. However, these records were left behind at the YCGC Bear Creek location. A portion of the collection, primarily mechanical drawings, were transferred to the Yukon Territorial Archives in 1982. The Canadian Parks Service had this remaining portion of the collection microfilmed in 1985.

The negative and one print of this photograph were found at the Citadel in the custody of the Area Supt. for the Parks Branch of the Dept. of Indian and Northern Affairs. The correspondence notes that there is nothing to indicate the source or the authenticity of the document.
RG84M 79003/18: This item is found in the acquisition documentation file.
RG84M 934017: In Nov. 1993, the original four microfilm reels were returned to the Klondike Historic Sites. Researchers wishing reproductions of the contents of the microform reels will be referred to the Klondike National Historic Sites.
