Cellar Door Productions Inc : Located in Prince Edward Island, Canada's smallest province, Cellar Door Productions Inc. is a film and television company, specializing in developing, financing and producing animated and live-action productions with national and international partners. A leader in Atlantic Canadian Film and Television Industry, Cellar Door Productions firmly believes that its productions should contribute in creating a better world through programming and support of various foundations. In addition to working with the provincial Government to create an equity investment program and a tax rebate program, the company has played an important role in having politicians recognize, embrace and launch a film and television industry on Prince Edward Island. Cellar Door Productions has produced programs in a variety of film/TV categories and genres, including feature films, documentaries, comedy productions, kids/family and lifestyle/food entertainment. The company has also partnered with several companies to produce a variety of TV and film shows/productions. It has partnered with Catalyst to produce the spin-off of the series Eckhart and The True Meaning of Crumbfest, a one hour Christmas special for TeleTOON. With Ocean, Cellar Door co-produced The Inn Chef, Saturday Night: A Day in the Night of Chef Michael Smith, and Chef At Large. Cellar Door has also teamed up with Genuine Pictures to produce the documentary series around the Atlantic Veterinary College, and with Shaftesbury Films Inc. to produce its first feature movie Mrs. Ashboro's Cat. The company's team include: the founder Gretha Rose, who works as the company's President and Executive Producer, Sherrill Palmer, Chief Financial Officer, Scot MacDonald, Vice President of Business Development, and Ann Whiteway, Production Coordinator.
