Klapstock, Lisa, 1975- : Lisa Klapstock was born in 1975 in Kamloops, BC. She attended Simon Fraser University in Burnaby (BA Communications) and New York University, Tisch School of the Arts where she obtained a diploma in Sight and Sound Film Production. She has had solo exhibitions in Vancouver, Toronto, Quebec, New York, Denmark and Holland. She has also participated in numerous group exhibitions including Instant Coffee at the Art Gallery of Ontario. She is the recipient of various Canada Council and Ontario Arts Council grants and did a residency in Rotterdam, Holland in 2002. Her works are in the Art Gallery of Windsor and the Bibliothèque Nationale de France collections.
