On the obverse of this medal, there is a view of a building with crenellated turrets, etc. and from which flags are flying.

On the reverse, there is a view of three human figures in caps with long tassles, etc., seated on a toboggan which is doing down a steep hill to left; behind them are fir trees and in the foreground is a male figure seen from the rear and to hip-length who wears a cap with a long tassle, a coat with a hood, etc. The edge is blank.
