Obverse: a winged female figure in classical robes and holding a closed wreath of laurel (?) flies through the air with on her shoulders a male figure in an apron (?), bare-chested and holding a lighted torch; on the left, a palm (?) branch wuith below it a view of a building decorated with figural sculptures; at bottom, a cartouche with scrolls (?) and laurel leaves (?) around it., Reverse: bust of a female figure wearing a cap, profile to right, with her shoulders appearing to merge with the bank of the river and covered with grass, vines, leaves and flowers; behind her head a tree, with one branch extending around one side of her head as if forming a wreath of oak (?) leaves, and on the right a distant view of a bridge and buildings with towers, domes, etc.
