Interviews with : Nenad, whose father was institutionalized for killing his mother; Emil, terrorized for being a Muslim; Aleksandra, whose father 'enjoyed' the war; and, Gordana, who built a small beacon of optimism in staging the school's first dance. The history behind this war is also examined, as is the personal history of how we teach our children to hate, or conversely, to keep the peace. Heddy Adams, a Canadian teacher who lost her son to an act of violence at school, has turned her life into a crusade to teach children the value of peace and make the learning experience at school a positive one. <54 min>Language:EnglishNotes:Detailed holdings information: -
