Coverage of the proceedings of an open discussion amongst FIPA (Inter-parlliamentary Forum of the Americas) delegates on the topics of drugs and crime and a brief opening speech by Deputy Prime Minister Herb Grey. During the session the representatives discuss policies and programs which need to address the less fortunate in hopes of steering them away criminal activities, such as money laundering and drug trafficking, which are all international problems and not just national. The discussion is chaired by Antonio del Cristo Guerra de la Espriella of Columbia.
