General note:

This appears to be a Mk. II female tank no. 598, armed with lewis guns, with the sponsons painted in solomon-style camouflage. These were usually taken off Mk. I tanks. Althought this photo is dated Nov. 1917, this tank was destroyed in May, and had already been photographed at Vimy (see Mikan # 3522713) making it likely it was originally taken at the time of the Battle of Vimy Ridge, where it accompanied the Canadian advance.
