Proceedings begin with a workshop entitled "Organization Today", co-chaired by Jean-Claude Dansereau and Brian Tobin. Continues with a workshop co-chair's report of non-constitutional agenda deliberations. This is followed by a Reform Plenary Session, co-chaired by Jacques Guilbault and by Nancy Morrison, dealing with debates on amendments regarding the National Convention, Leadership Convention, and general provisions for conventions. A closing address is delivered by the Honourable Iona Campagnolo, President, LPC. Proceedings close with a news conference.
