General note:

There are two Staghounds on the right hand side of the photo. The one on the far right hand side carries the tactical signs of the 12th Manitoba Dragoons (18th Armoured Car Regiment). The tactical markings on the middle vehicle, also a Staghound, are not visible so cannot be verified.
The vehicle on the left is a Ford Universal. These vehicles were often called Bren gun carriers. It's possible that a 12th Manitoba Dragoon Staghound was assigned to work with the 8th Canadian Reconnaissance Regiment.
