After outlining the government's rationale for commissioning the report, Crosbie reviews its conclusions. Crosbie is joined by Michel Côté, Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, and John C. Tait, Assistant Deputy Minister of Public Law, Dept. of Justice in responding in English and French to questions from the press. Among the issues raised are the Canadian and Quebec government's; Dr. D.
