Lewis expresses his disappointment over the position taken at the talks to reform the constitution by a Western premier he does not name (Allan Blakeney). Trudeau comments that some concessions had to be made during the talks. Lewis states that he is worried about what the Senate might do. This was filmed during the shoot for the NFB production F.R.
