Evidence displayed are various types of bomb cannisters designed for the distribution of infected rodents, insects and bird feathers. The film features workers collecting insects and dead animals for the purpose of testing for various biological diseases. Also included is a segment with James Endicott interviewing people who have witnessed the germ bombs, and a press conference given by Endicott.
