This series comprises records relating to Lubor J. Zink's two campaigns as Progressive Conservative candidate for the Toronto riding of Parkdale in 1972 and 1974, and his connection with the political party more generally in the years following. It holds texts of speeches, correspondence with supporters, clippings of articles about the elections, campaign literature, records of the campaign office, publicity photographs, and publicity give-aways like the "PC emery board". "Toronto Sun" publisher Doug Creighton's letter condemning Zink's use of his newspaper column for campaigning and fund-raising is a notable item which shows the tension created when a columnist was formally involved in an election. There is also a delegate's kit for the 1976 Progressive Conservative leadership convention.
