Footage of: a Fox Movietone News aircraft, a Fokker Universal, taking off; air to air shot of a cameraman shooting from the rear cockpit; U.S. Army pursuit planes flying in formation; racing planes, including a Gee Bee Supersportster, streaking in; Barnstormers stunt for the public; Sikorsky bombers in flight, bombs falling, seen from another aircraft and throug bomb bay; a test ship being bombed and sinking ground shots of bombs exploding; air view of mountains, of aircraft flying in formation over them; aerial view of New York City; a Kellett autogyro flying over the city; spectacular straight down view of skyscrapers, one being the Empire State Building; Parachutists board and aircraft; aerial view of some jumping, with shots of device on which parachutists are allowed to eject from the cabin while still seated in their seats; various shots of cockyed attempts at flying; crashes, some voluntary; view of glider looping and pilot falling out; and an old experimental plane trying to take off, hitting the camera on top of a car, crasing into another car and turning over.
