Description:

A drama of family conflict, the pangs of adolescence and the fear of the future. A rebellious teenage girl deeply resents her father's new bride. The father struggles to make a life for himself and his wife without losing the love and respect of his only child. As the Oatman,a village recluse who earns his keep by selling oats, well-known actor Gerard Parkes holds the key to the future happiness of the unruly group.
