"Expose en détail les mesures pour prévenir les incendies dans les magasins, les vaisseaux, etc. L'excitation dans laquelle l'arrivée des vaisseaux a mis la population. Fraser, en haut de l'Yamaska, a reçu ses ordres; le détachement du capitaine Leake est rendu à sa destination. On s'est occupé de la question de départements publics. Jessup et son détachement ont eu ordre de se rendre à Sorel. Slack est parti pour faire des investigations à Yamaska. Logement qu'offrent les casernes; les brigantins de la Trésorerie peuvent loger un nombre considérable d'hommes s'il est nécessaire."
