The records indexed by ADM 155, IND. 24475 are in Record Group 8, III B A, volumes1-22. When using IND. 24475, please note that the volume references are all to the original volume numbers stamped on the spine, and not to the National Archives shelf numbers. The entries are alphabetical only as far as the first letter. The procedure followed was to enter all the"A's" for one year under the "A's" of the previous year, etc. Because the National Archives holds the original records it is necessary to note only the volume and page number when checking a subject in IND. 24475.
