ALS. The writer acknowledges the addressee's letter of 11 [December 1819] and is grateful for the enclosed faculties and relics. The writer's own letter of 3 October [1819] does not seem to have been received by the addressee. The Séminaire [du Saint-Esprit] returned to its old house, in rue des Postes. Since the writer has used all his letters patent for Saint-Pierre and Miquelon and Cayenne, the addressee is requested to send new ones care of the newly-arrived Nuncio in Paris [Macchi]. PF notes.
