Item 7 is entitled PAPERS relating to the Roman Catholic Religion in Québec: and Extracts of the Duke of Manchester's Commission and Instructions, as Governor of Jamaica. Item 8 is entitled Extracts from PAPERS which were presented to The House, by Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer [Pitt] on the 25th day of February, 1791, and is entirely devoted to Canada.

Item 9 is entitled Extract of INSTRUCTIONS, under the Sign Manual, to Lieut: General Sir GEO: PREVOST, bart. as Captain general and Governor in Chief, in and over the Province of Lower Canada; dated at Carlton-House, in the twentysecond day of October 1811, in the fiftythird year of His Majesty's Reign.
