MS. Additional list of items to be discussed in the audience no. 1 of 10 January 1830. Items nos. 4-6 deal with Québec. [4] [In his M of 18 December 1829; see Varia 263], the Rector of Séminaire Saint-Antoine [Maguire], parish of Saint-Hyacinthe, diocese of Québec, asks to be allowed to establish the Congrégation de la Vierge-Marie and the Confrérie de la Bonne-Mort, and to be granted certain indulgences. [R:] Granted. [5] [In his M of 16 December 1829; see Varia 264], a parish priest [Tabeau] of the diocese of Québec asks for certain indulgences and privileges. [R:] Granted, signed by Cappellari. [6] [In his M of 1 May 1829; see Varia 265], the bp. of Telmissus [Lartigue], vicar general and auxiliary [bp.] to the [a]bp. of Québec [Panet] in the district of Montréal, asks for a long list of indulgences and faculties concerning liturgy.
