C [in the same handwriting as SOCG 341] entitled "Communication". The writers are against the printed statement signed by the "prêtres et curés du District de Montréal" [of 1820s; see its translation into Italian in SOCG 320], which is against the bp. of Telmissus [Lartigue] and the [a]bp. of Québec [Plessis], and are in favour of the latter's mandement of 20 February 1821 [see SOCG 318].
